**Shares of children's organic food firm Once Upon a Farm OFRM.N marginally up after at least two brokerages initiate coverage with largely bullish calls as research quiet period ends

** Co secured a valuation of $845 million after shares opened at $24.7 in its NYSE debut on February 6 vs IPO price of $18

** Oppenheimer initiates coverage on the company co-founded by actor Jennifer Garner with an "outperform" rating and sets PT of $35

** "We believe the company represents one of the most attractive small-cap growth stories in the entire consumer packaged goods (CPG) universe" - Oppenheimer

** J.P. Morgan initiates with an "overweight" rating as well and sets PT of $29

** "We look for higher growth rates than this in both 2026 (27%) and 2027 (35%), driven by the rollout of coolers in the baby aisles at retailers and a bigger push by the company into kid snacks - J.P. Morgan

** However, Deutsche Bank initiates with a "hold" rating; sets PT $25

** "We expect competition to be stiff, growth rates to be potentially volatile especially alongside anticipated new cooler rollouts over the next 12-24 months" - DB
