ZTE (HKG:0763, SHE:000063) said a partnership fund it has subscribed to completed registration, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Venture Capital Guidance Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) completed the industrial and commercial registration and filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China.
The Chinese telecom equipment company planned to contribute 200 million yuan to the fund as a limited partner, which has a total fund size of 50.5 billion yuan.
