Naturgy said three board members stepped down after the BlackRock-owned fund that nominated them sold its stake earlier this week.
The Spanish natural-gas and electricity utility said late Thursday that Lucy Chadwick, Rajaram Rao and Martin Catchpole have all stepped down from the board after the Global Infrastructure Partners fund sold its entire 11.4% holding.
All three are employed by GIP, including Rao who is one of the founders of the fund and is currently president and chief operating officer.
