Anhui Deli Household Glass (SHE:002571) completed the registration of its joint venture in Egypt, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The Chinese glassware products manufacturer established the joint venture through its subsidiary, Deli Hong Kong Investment, in partnership with Anhui Dewei Trading.
The joint venture, Deli Egypt Glassware, has a registered capital of $15 million and produces various glass products.
The company's shares jumped over 5% at the close.
