Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong (HKG:0215) has sold its Macau mobile business to rival Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau, The Standard reported Wednesday, citing Macau media.

Shareholders of Hutchison Telecom Macau, which operates mobile services under the "3" brand, have been changed to CTM and CTM (HK), according to a Macau government commercial registration record cited in the report.

The two companies under Citic Telecom International (HKG:1883) together hold shares with a par value of 10 million patacas, or about HK$9.7 million in Hutchison Telecom Macau, according to the report.
