China's National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors agreed to accept Yunda Holding's (SHE:002120) registration to issue super short-term commercial paper worth 2 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds can be issued in tranches, the logistics company said.
The registration of the bonds will be valid for two years, with Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) to act as the bonds' lead underwriter.
