O'Reilly Automotive (ORLY) faces lower risks related to administrative costs and store growth compared with past years amid a stable tariff backdrop, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Wednesday.

The company is taking notice of the rising competition, but will continue to focus on internal execution, analysts wrote.

The company is open to ramping up automation and electronic Pro orders over time, which could unlock considerable productivity opportunities, according to the note.

The brokerage reiterated its outperform rating on the stock, with a price target of $109 per share.
