Distribution Solutions Group (DSGR) reported Thursday Q4 adjusted earnings below estimates, and sales also missed the forecast.

Shares slumped 27% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 252,000 from a daily average of about 76,000.

Grocery Outlet's (GO) shares sank 26% after the company reported overnight fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings and revenue guidance that trailed analysts' estimates.

More than 10.3 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2.48 million.

PepGen (PEPG) said late Wednesday that the US Food and Drug Administration placed a partial clinical hold on the phase 2 trial of PGN-EDODM1 for the potential treatment of myotonic dystrophy type 1, a multisystem disorder that affects skeletal and smooth muscle.

Shares dropped 18%, with intraday trading volume at over 2.55 million versus a daily average of roughly 652,000.
