1559 ET - Okta is positioned to benefit from the growing adoption of artificial-intelligence agents, BMO analyst Keith Bachman writes in a note, upgrading the stock to outperform. Organizations using agents need a unified, identity-first security model, Bachman writes, citing reports from Gartner. Smaller, newer vendors lack the scale, context, trust, and integrations that Okta has as an established player, he adds. "We think that increasing rates of agent use and agent abuse can help drive more comprehensive identity investments among enterprises, as well as agent specific identity management purchases," he writes. "We believe that Okta can benefit from both trends over the next several years." Shares gain 1.4%. (elias.schisgall@wsj.com)
