Owlet (OWLT) expects Q1 revenue guidance of $20 million to $21 million, which is below FactSet's analyst expectation of $24 million.

Shares dropped more than 36% in midday trading following an increase in intraday volume to over 1.5 million from a daily average of about 279,000.

REalloys (ALOY) shares fell 24% after the company said Friday it has priced an upsized public offering of about 2.7 million common shares at $18.50 per share to generate about $50 million in gross proceeds.

More than 2.2 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 288,000.

Ingram Micro (INGM) priced a secondary public offering of nearly 9 million of its shares on behalf of a selling shareholder at $22.25 apiece.

Shares dropped nearly 17%, with intraday trading volume at over 4.5 million versus a daily average of roughly 512,000.
