Saeed Investment increased its deemed interest in Atlantic Navigation Holdings (Singapore) (SGX:5UL) to 75.1% from 50.2% through the acquisition of 130 million shares from the company CEO, Bill Wong Siew Cheong, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the integrated offshore marine logistics services company were up over 4% in Thursday trading.
Saeed is controlled by the company's non-executive chairman, Michael Kum Soh Har.
