REalloys Shares Fall in Premarket on Pricing of Upsized $50 Million Share Offering

REalloys shares fell in premarket trading Friday after the company announced the pricing of its upsized public share offering to raise $50 million.

Shares fell 8.2% to $19.91.

The rare earth company said that the offering price of its 2.7 million shares will be for $18.50 apiece.

Shares have been trading nearly threefold higher in 2026, closing on Thursday at $21.69.

REalloys has also granted its underwriters an option to purchase an additional 396,963 shares.

The company expects to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.
