China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606) said units of its wholly owned subsidiary CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC agreed to sell four Boeing 737-8 aircraft to JSA International U.S., according to a March 6 Hong Kong bourse filing.
The aircraft will be sold through the disposal of beneficial interests in trusts established over the aircraft under a sale and purchase agreement, the filing said.
