LegalZoom.com (LZ) said Thursday it is launching an app inside Microsoft-backed (MSFT) ChatGPT to provide business formation guidance.

Users will be able to describe their business formation needs inside ChatGPT and the app will provide options, the company said, adding it will suggest structures that may fit their goals.
