York Space Systems (YSS) said Thursday it acquired electric propulsion system manufacturer Orbion Space Technology.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not provided.
The acquisition strengthens its integrated space ecosystem and supports its plans to expand production capacity to meet growing demand for satellites, the company said.
