HDB Financial Services Raises INR1.75 Billion Through Debenture Allotment

HDB Financial Services (NSE:HDBFS, BOM:544429) has raised 1.75 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Thursday.

The company has allotted 17,500 non-convertible debentures of a face value of 100,000 rupees each with a coupon rate of 7.60% per annum.

The debentures are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the BSE and are scheduled to mature on March 4, 2031.

The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
