European Airlines Fall on Oil-Price Spike -- Market Talk

0843 GMT - Shares in European airlines fall after the price of oil spiked over $100 again following attacks against vessels around the Strait of Hormuz. Jet2 shares drop 2.6% while easyJet loses 2%. Air France-KLM drops 1.8%, shares in Ryanair fall 1.65% and British Airways owner International Consolidated Airlines Group declines 1.2%. Shares in Wizz Air and Deutsche Lufthansa fall 1%.
