INDRA IDR.MC

Indra said on Wednesday it signed a collaboration agreement with engineering consultancy Tresca to launch its drone factory in Leon, northern Spain.

FERROVIAL FERF.AS

Ferrovial said on Wednesday it completed the pricing of a 500 million euros bonds issuance, maturing on September 18, 2032.

It also said on Wednesday it cancelled 4.2 million treasury shares.

SANTANDER SAN.MC, BBVA BBVA.MC

Amazon has hired Santander and BBVA as joint bookrunners for a major bond issuance aimed at funding the tech group's global expansion, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.

COX COXGA.MC

Cox prepares a 250 million-300 million euro capital increase to finance the purchase of Iberdrola's assets in Mexico, Spanish newspaper CincoDias said on Thursday.

DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC

Duro Felguera's creditors are moving to block the company's restructuring plan, which entails a 100% write‑off of 2.06 billion euros in affected debt with repayment of only 0.85%, as the court in Oviedo prepares an April hearing, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Thursday.
