Hengerda New Materials (Fujian) (SHE:300946) completed the acquisition of the business lines of Germany's SMS Maschinenbau for 8.5 million euros, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The purchase includes the high-precision computer numerical control grinding machine business.
The company first announced the transaction in May 2025.
SMS Maschinenbau's business is now under the company's German subsidiary SMS Precision Machines.
