1502 ET - Ulta should continue to check a lot of boxes for investors, UBS analysts say, in part due to minimal exposure to broader risks that are shaking the rest of the market. Ulta's international business isn't a huge driver for its bottom line, so rising geopolitical tensions shouldn't be much of an issue, the analysts say. Tariffs also won't be a major disruptor for its business, they say. Additionally, Ulta's strong brand partnerships, loyal customer base and the importance of product discovery for the category in general should shelter it from the rise of AI or agentic commerce, the analysts say. "But, with this perception, it means investors will be searching for areas of deceleration or marginal weakness with a keen eye," they say. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
