Coolpad Group (HKG:2369) said it sold 390 MicroStrategy call options for aggregate premiums of $31,080, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the smartphone maker gained over 3% in late morning trade Thursday.
The options cover 39,000 MicroStrategy shares that can be purchased at expiration.
The first 240 call options underlying 24,000 MicroStrategy shares expire on March 13 and can be exercised for $152.50 per share, while the next 150 call options covering 15,000 MicroStrategy shares expire on April 10 and can be exercised for $190 per share.
