However, when the stock is examined through the lens of the Adhishthana framework, the picture looks materially different.\nAccording to the Adhishthana Principles, stocks typically form a Cakra structure between Phases 4 and 8. This formation often resembles a channel with an arc and usually carries bullish implications. A successful breakout from this structure normally occurs in Phase 9, which then initiates what is called the Himalayan Formation, a powerful bullish structure.\nIn Intuit's case, the stock entered its Cakra formation in February 2023 and continued to build the structure through Phase 7. However, toward the end of Phase 7 and more decisively at the beginning of Phase 8, the stock broke below the lower boundary of the Cakra instead of maintaining the structure. \nThis event triggered what the Adhishthana framework describes as the Move of Pralaya.\nAs I outlined in Adhishthana: The Principles That Govern Wealth, Time & Tragedy:\n\"When the underlying breaks the Cākra on the flip side, it typically draws consolidation up to the Guna triads. The move that follows is highly significant, and selling pressure can be extremely strong. This is called the Move of Pralaya.\"\nConsistent with this principle, Intuit's breakdown was followed by an aggressive selloff, ultimately leading to the stock losing more than half its value.\nNow that the stock is in Phase 8, the structural weakness may not yet be fully resolved. The Guna Triads, where greater clarity generally emerges, are still several phases away. This raises an important question for investors: should the recent bounce since February be chased?\nTo answer that, it is useful to examine the stock's positioning on the monthly chart.\nOn the monthly timeframe, Intuit is currently in Phase 10 of its Adhishthana cycle.\nUnder the framework, a breakout from the Cakra in Phase 9 leads to a Himalayan Formation, which typically unfolds as a three-legged structure: an ascent, a peak formation, and eventually a decline. The peak formation window generally occurs during Phase 10. Quoting from my book for better clarity:\n\"The 18th interval is expected to be the level of peak formation; if not, then the 23rd interval. If this phase concludes without forming the peak, it is anticipated to occur in the following phases.\"\nIn Intuit's case, the stock formed its peak almost exactly at the 18th interval, further reinforcing the timing precision that the Adhishthana framework consistently reveals in market structures. \nSince that peak formation, the stock has been trending lower, suggesting that the decline leg of the Himalayan formation may now be underway. \nTypically, the downside target for such a decline gravitates toward the Phase 9 breakout zone. In Intuit's case, the Phase 9 low was roughly around $339, a level from which the stock briefly attempted to stabilize.\nHowever, when the broader structure is examined more closely, it becomes clear that the earlier premature Cakra breakout occurred around mid-Phase 8, placing the key structural zone closer to the $200–$250 range.\nWhen this monthly setup is combined with the weekly Cakra breakdown, the broader trend still appears skewed to the downside.\nAt current levels, aggressive dip-buying may not be the most prudent strategy for retail investors. Even if the stock experiences intermittent rebounds, the broader structure suggests that the path higher could remain volatile and uneven until the cycle approaches the Guna Triads on the weekly charts.\nWhile several research firms remain optimistic about Intuit's long-term fundamentals and its ability to withstand AI disruption, the technical structure under the Adhishthana framework continues to point toward elevated downside risk.\nInvestors may be better served waiting for greater structural clarity before re-entering the stock.
