Real estate developer Raymond Realty (NSE:RAYMONDREL, BOM:544420) has signed a joint development agreement to develop a residential project in Mumbai, India, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The project is estimated to have a gross development value of around 30 billion Indian rupees. It is the seventh joint development project undertaken by the company in Mumbai.
With this project, the gross development value of the company's real estate projects will be around 430 billion rupees.
