Transcat (TRNS) said late Monday it named Jaime Irick as chief executive officer and president, effective March 29.
He was also appointed to the board of directors and will serve on the executive committee, the company said.
Irick will succeed Lee Rudow, who will remain at the company in an advisory role through March 2027, the company said.
