US DOJ says Aetna to pay $117.7 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations
WASHINGTON, March 11 (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department said on Wednesday that CVS Health's CVS.N Aetna agreed to pay $117.7 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act.
