VE Commercial Vehicles, a subsidiary of Eicher Motors (NSE:EICHERMOT, BOM:505200), has appointed B Srinivas as managing director and chief executive officer and Vinod Aggarwal as chairman, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company's shares were down over 1% in Wednesday's trade.
Both appointments will be effective from April 1.
Since 2024, Srinivas has served as the chief operating officer of VE Commercial, and Aggarwal is the vice chairman of Eicher Motors.
