Plato Capital to Delist on March 16

Plato Capital (SGX:YYN) confirmed that it will be delisted from the official list of the Singapore Exchange with effect from March 16, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

This comes after the company was granted approval for a proposed voluntary delisting upon cash distribution to eligible shareholders under its proposed selective capital reduction exercise.
