CMS Info Systems (BOM:543441) has increased its stake in Securens Systems to 100% by acquiring 25,639 compulsorily convertible preference shares of Securens at 158.41 rupees per share, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.
Shares of the company fell nearly 4% in Tuesday's trade.
Following the transaction, CMS Info Systems' shareholding in Securens stands at 100% on a fully diluted basis. The investment is aimed at expanding the company's Vision AI-related offerings, CMS Info said.
