Swire Pacific's 2025 Profit Falls 32% Despite Higher Revenue

Swire Pacific's (HKG:0019, HKG:0087) attributable profit fell 32% to HK$2.94 billion in 2025 from HK$4.32 billion in 2024, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per A share at the conglomerate decreased to HK$2.17 from HK$3.06 in the previous year, while earnings per B share slipped to HK$0.43 from HK$0.61.

Analysts at Visible Alpha estimated earnings per share at HK$7.35.

Revenue rose 10% to HK$90.5 billion from HK$82 billion a year earlier. Analysts at Visible Alpha expected revenue of HK$89 billion.

The directors declared a second interim dividend of HK$2.50 per A share and HK$0.50 per B share, bringing full-year dividends to HK$3.80 per A share and HK$0.76 per B share.

The second interim dividend will be paid on May 8 to shareholders on record as of April 10.
