Motorcycle drivers receive bonuses ranging from Rp150,000 to Rp850,000, while car drivers receive between Rp200,000 and Rp1.6 million.Neneng said the total BHR allocation this year increased by up to three times compared with the previous year. The bonuses are distributed across seven recipient categories for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled driver segments.Recipients are determined based on productivity and activity levels during the assessment period.Performance-based criteriaAccording to Neneng, Grab uses a performance-based approach to determine eligibility.
