Changzhou NRB (SHE:002708) partnered with robot maker Shenzhen Zhuji Power Technology to develop and produce integrated joint modules and other products under the embodied technology sector, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The parties will cooperate in producing bearings, gears, gear reducers, drives and other key components.
Guangyang will prioritize Zhuji Power as the purchaser of its products and shipments, and Zhuji Power will prioritize Guangyang as its supplier.
The automotive precision bearings maker's shares jumped 5% at the close.
