DongFeng Automobile (SHA:600006) said vehicle sales declined to 7,209 units in February from 10,027 units in the year-ago period, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Production declined to 7,406 units from 8,075 units in the prior-year period.
Engine sales decreased to 17,103 units from 19,389 units, while production grew to 18,464 units from 17,189 units.
Shares declined 1% in recent trade.
