Karrie International Set to Deliver Robust EPS CAGR in FY 2026-2028 -- Market Talk

0457 GMT - Karrie International is poised to deliver robust 50.9% EPS CAGR in FY 2026-2028, UOB Kay Hian analysts say in a report. Drivers are surging orders from a U.S. application-specific integrated circuits customer and from Nvidia as well as gross margin expansion, the analysts say. The metal and plastics parts manufacturer started to mass-produce server chassis for the ASIC customer in August and has seen growing monthly deliveries while ramping up its Thailand production capacity. The company has also received confirmed orders for Nvidia's compute tray and network switch tray for its chassis solutions. The brokerage initiates coverage of the stock with a buy rating and a target price of HK$3.12. Shares are 2.8% higher at HK$2.59. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
