Grace Fabric Technology (SHA:603256) raised net proceeds worth 981.5 million yuan from a share placement, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The Chinese glass fabric products company issued 24,858,945 shares for 40.01 yuan per share to 14 investors.
The proceeds will be allocated to the company's share capital and capital reserves, and the new shares will be listed on the bourse.
