SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) sets its year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal 2025 at 75 yen per share, after taking into account third-quarter profits of its financial services business, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Following the financial services company's two-for-one stock split effective Dec. 1, 2025, this amount is equivalent to 150 yen per share on a pre-split basis, marking a 10 yen increase from the previous year's dividend.
Combined with a recently completed 50 billion yen share buyback, the company expects total shareholder returns for the year ending March 31 to reach approximately 111.7 billion yen.
