Chili's New Chicken Sandwich Seen Driving Same-Store Sales -- Market Talk

1406 ET - Mizuho thinks the potential contribution from Chili's new chicken sandwich, coming in April as part of the "3 for Me" campaign, is being underestimated. Analyst Nick Setyan says in a note that Chili's owner Brinker is poised to maintain its "value halo" helped by the new item's compelling price point. Setyan increases his F3Q same-store sales growth estimate for Chili's to 5% from 3.6%, and raises his F26 and F27 SSS growth estimates to 10.3% and 4.3% from 9.9% and 4.0%, respectively, and above consensus.
