China International Capital (HKG:3908) said its indirect subsidiary CICC Hong Kong Finance 2016 MTN plans to issue 2 billion yuan in debt, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
The unit plans to issue the debt on March 19 via a note offering. The notes will bear interest at 1.90% per annum and mature on March 19, 2028.
Funds raised will be used to repay existing debt.
