Paramount Skydance's (PSKY) buyout of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) poses a direct threat to 15,000 Motion Picture Teamsters and must be blocked unless meaningful safeguards are added to protect jobs, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters said Thursday.
The union outlined communications it had earlier this week with the US Department of Justice.
Paramount and Warner Bros. didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
