Mercury Systems (MRCY) said late Thursday it acquired SolderMask, a provider of specialized manufacturing processes used across more than 20 Mercury programs.
The transaction closed on March 3 and Mercury acquired SolderMask's assets, intellectual property and its five-person workforce, the company said.
Financial details weren't provided.
The company added that SolderMask's operations will continue at its Huntington Beach, California, facility, while a parallel manufacturing process line is installed at Mercury's Phoenix facility to enable higher throughput.
