Ulta Beauty $(ULTA)$: The cosmetics and fragrances retailer guided for slower annual growth, and its per-share earnings forecast disappointed. Shares dropped 8.5% in off-hours trading.

CF Industries $(CF)$; Nutrien $(NTR)$; Mosaic $(MOS)$: The fertilizer suppliers rose premarket, poised to extend their rally as the Iran war disrupts exports.

Stryker $(SKY)$: The medical-technology company said a cyberattack related to the Iran conflict was still disrupting operations.
