5. Event Rules, Terms & Conditions
5.1 THE PROMOTION
The TradingKey Review Promotion is organized by TradingKey. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 ELIGIBILITY
- This Promotion is open to participants worldwide.
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Participants must provide a valid, active personal email address. This email will be the sole method for receiving the reward link via Tremendous.com.
5.3 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & REVIEW GUIDELINES
- All reviews must reflect a genuine user experience. The star rating will not influence the selection process or winning probability.
- Review content must NOT mention the reward, prize, or promotion, nor contain abusive, discriminatory, pornographic, infringing or any content that violates the policies of the Google Play/App Store. Reviews should focus exclusively on app features, performance, or user feedback to comply with App Store and Google Play policies.
- App Store reviews require official verification, with a review cycle ranging from 1 to 3 days. Winners will be selected from verified reviews displayed on the App Store homepage. Reviews that fail verification during the campaign period will be disqualified.
- Participants must provide a clear screenshot of their review that displays their Store Nickname and Timestamp.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple accounts from a single user, manipulated or use of bots to submit fake reviews will result in disqualification.
5.4 PRIZE STRUCTURE & FULFILLMENT
- A total of $200 USD will be distributed among 10 winners ($50 x 1; $30 x 3; $10 x 6).
- Rewards are issued as a credit balance via the third-party platform Tremendous.com.
- Winners may use the credit balance to select their preferred brand voucher or digital gift card from the partner platform’s available catalog for their specific region.
- Rewards will be sent to the winner’s verified email within ten (10) business days following identity verification.
5.5 WINNER NOTIFICATION OR FORFEITURE
- Winners will be announced on TradingKey’s official campaign page and social media channels, on 17 April 2026, 23:59 (GMT +8), subject to changes.
- Winners must contact TradingKey via Direct Message (DM) within five (5) business days of the announcement.
- Reward links issued via Tremendous.com are subject to an expiration period in accordance with the platform's policies. Winners are responsible for redeeming their rewards promptly upon receipt of the email. TradingKey will not reissue or provide compensation for any links that have expired due to failure to redeem within the specified timeframe.
- If a winner is unable to redeem the credit on Tremendous.com due to local regulations, technical limitations, wrong information provided or regional restrictions, the prize will be deemed automatically forfeited. No cash alternatives or substitute rewards will be provided.
5.6 RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other platforms used or mentioned
- Prizes may only be claimed by the winner personally and cannot be transferred to others.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners are solely responsible for any local taxes or reporting requirements associated with the receipt of the prize.
- TradingKey is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost emails, or the inability to access the Tremendous platform.
5.7 PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information provided by participants (such as email addresses and social media account details) will be used solely for identity verification, contacting winners, and distributing prizes. It will not be used for any other commercial purposes or disclosed to third parties.
5.8 RIGHTS TO MODIFY
TradingKey reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice should unforeseen circumstances or policy changes arise.
