Shanghai International Airport (SHA:600009) reported an increase in passenger throughput at its two airports in February, according to a Saturday filing the Shanghai bourse.
At the Pudong International Airport, passenger throughput rose 12% year over year to 7.3 million, while its cargo and mail throughput jumped 16% to 299,800 tons, and aircraft movements increased 7.8% to 45,918 flights.
The Hongqiao International Airport saw a 2.7% year-on-year rise in passenger throughput to 3.9 million, while cargo and mail throughput climbed 5.1% to 28,400 tons, and aircraft movements increased 3.1% to 22,555 flights.
