China Northern Rare Earth (Group) (SHA:600111) issued 500 million yuan in 60-day debt, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The debts, part of a 1-billion-yuan issuance, have a rate of 1.5% and are redeemable May 12.
Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter.
