US District Judge Valerie Caproni dismissed a lawsuit that claimed Stellantis (STLA) has defrauded its shareholders, Reuters reported Friday.
The company was accused of giving excessive inventory to its retailers, also known as channel stuffing, and making misleading statements over pricing, inventory, and margins related to channel stuffing, according to the report. Reuters said this led to an increase in Stellantis' share price.
Stellantis did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
