BUZZ-Once Upon a Farm sinks below IPO price after maiden report

** Children's organic food seller Once Upon a Farm OFRM.N shares down 12.7% to $17.77 and break below IPO price for first time on Fri after maiden report as a public co

** OFRM shares sink as much as 22.6% to $15.76 on the session

** Berkeley, California-based firm, co-founded by actor Jennifer Garner, debuted on Feb 6 after IPO priced at $18

** OFRM after the bell Thurs reported Q4 sales increased 30% y/y to $64 mln and adj EBITDA of $6.6 mln, near top ends of guidance it provided in the offering prospectus

** For 2026, co projects sales of $302-$310 mln, 25%-29% growth, and adj EBITDA of $2-$4 mln

** JP Morgan stuck with its 'overweight' rating, saying in note late Thurs while Q4 gross margin (47.7%) came in just below guidance, it thinks the downward pressure on the stock post-market was more likely reflective of eroding sentiment for packaged food space, pointing to Campbell's CPB.O, which reduced its annual forecasts on Weds

** TD Cowen said OFRM's execution on track entering the year, adding expected 2026 sales growth assumes baby cooler program reaches 5,000 units, up from 3,400, and incremental sales from expanding into protein pouches in April. TD Cowen rates the stock 'hold'

** Deutsche Bank, which also has a neutral stance, cut its PT by $3 to $22 reacting to the report

** Of 9 brokerages covering OFRM, 3 rate "strong buy", 2 rate "buy", 4 have "hold"; median PT $26, per LSEG
