Kingboard Laminates (HKG:1888) posted profit attributable to owners of HK$2.44 billion for 2025, up 84% from HK$1.33 billion a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share at the laminate maker came in at HK$0.780, compared with HK$0.425 in the previous year.
Revenue rose 10% to HK$20.4 billion from HK$18.5 billion a year earlier.
The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.25 per share and a special final dividend of HK$0.28 per share, subject to shareholders' approval.
