LifeMD Taps Kavthekar as CFO

LifeMD said it appointed Atul Kavthekar, current finance chief at Smile America Partners, as its new CFO, replacing Marc Benathen, who is leaving to pursue a new opportunity.

The company said Kavthekar has almost three decades of leadership experience spanning provider-side healthcare, retail and specialty pharmacy, e-commerce and technology.

The company also appointed Chris Pisano, previously the senior director of CRM and data monetization, as chief marketing officer.

Prior chief marketing officer Jessica Friedeman will assume the newly created role of chief business officer.
