Chinese aluminum extrusion profile manufacturer ZYF Lopsking Aluminum (SHE:002333) plans to establish a subsidiary in Vietnam, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The planned subsidiary, LPSK New Energy Materials (Vietnam), will have a registered capital of $6 million and will manufacture metal materials, building decoration materials, doors and windows.
