Securities firm Toyo Securities (TYO:8614) has decided to pay a year-end dividend forecast of 50 yen per share for the fiscal 2025, comprising a 30 yen ordinary dividend and a 20 yen bonus dividend.
The dividend policy aligns with the company's goal of achieving a consolidated payout ratio of 60% or more, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
The final dividend declaration will be confirmed at the board meeting on the financial results scheduled for May.
