OSL Group (HKG:0863) said substantial shareholder Liu Shuai purchased 25.5 million shares through Crown Research Investments at an average price of HK$13.00 each, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Following the transaction, Liu's stake in the company increased to about 260.7 million shares, representing 28.98% of the issued share capital, from 26.14% previously.
